The Rochester Partnership in conjunction with HLFC (Heiner Langhein Financial Consultancy) has created a product to evaluate a person’s skills & behaviour:
Skill & Behaviour Indicator (SBI)
It is used to evaluate candidates' skills (i.e. competencies) and behaviour with regard to:
- Leadership
- Organisation
- Social Skills
- Team Performance
- Innovation
- Performance
- Motivation
- Resilience
SBI is a cost-effective pre-selection tool derived from the Swiss based PEP-IMDE personnel development concept ("Potential Evaluation Program") for top and middle management, as well as team and project leaders within various industries.
- The SBI management assessment is conducted via an internet based questionnaire, highlighting the participants' strengths and weaknesses.
- The significant point is the time saving feature of this tool, which allows the employer to quickly pre-assess a significant number of potential candidates at very little cost.
- It compares individuals with a peer group which has evolved over almost 20 years with well over a million assessments conducted.
In today's environment of greatly increased response rates for vacant positions due to multiple electronic applications and generally higher levels of fluctuation/redundancies, uniquely, this tool can be used to streamline significantly the search/selection process.
